  5. When the dates mix is still warm transfer it onto an aluminum foil greased with ghee. And with the help of greased rolling pin roll it into rectangle shape..
  6. In the centre places the dry fruits mix and bring the ends together to form a log. Cover it in the edges too. Spread roasted sesame seeds on the foil..
  7. Roll the dates log on sesame seeds and cover with the aluminum foil. Once cool down refrigerate for 20 mins..
  8. Remove the log from refrigerator and along with foil cut into small roundels. Remove the foil..
  9. Dates and Dry Fruit Roll is ready to be served…
