  3. {Get 2 tablespoons of Cardamom powder.

  6. Then mix sugar in that and add saffron, cardamom powder mix everything well.
  7. And it’s ready store in airtight container make sure no water should be dropped like in box u store or spoon etc everything must be dry u can store this for many months for sure.
  8. Divide it for regular use & storage separately..
  9. Tip of the day: do not take more ghee to fry otherwise it will not be easy to make powder while grinding..

Cook until light brown in color. Remove from ghee and set it aside. Now add raisins and fry until it bubbles up and is golden. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Add makhana and roast it until crisp and golden.
