  14. {Take of Add sea salt, cayenne pepper, onion powder(cover, simmer and cook to desired consistency).
  15. {Take of oyster fried mushrooms.
  16. {Make ready of Lightly Rinse/clean oyster mushrooms and cut off bottom stems that seems ruff (if preferred).
  17. {Prepare of Season with sea salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper.
  18. {Make ready of Lightly coat mushrooms with spelt flour (use ziplock bag to fill with flour and put in seasoned mushrooms in bag and shake).
  19. {Make ready of Coat bottom skillet or frying pan with grape seed oil and place mushrooms separately in heated skillet. Turning them when browned.
